Supported living

Your own front door, with the right support behind it

Supported living means you hold your own tenancy and we fit around your life — not the other way round. Support can be a few planned hours, waking nights, or a full 24-hour team.

You hold the tenancy

Your home stays yours, whatever happens to the support.

Single or shared

Live alone or share with people you have chosen to live with.

Consistent team

Small teams so you see familiar faces, not a rota of strangers.

Our supported living homes

We support people in homes across Solihull, Birmingham, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Herefordshire and Scotland. Each property is a real home in a settled neighbourhood — single tenancies and small shared houses, close to transport, shops and community life. Filter by area, or open a home for its address, the support offered there and how to enquire.

How we get started

  1. 1. First conversation

We listen to what matters, who is involved and what has and hasn't worked before.

  2. 2. Assessment

A face-to-face assessment covering care, risk, communication, health and daily routines.

  3. 3. Support plan

A plan written in plain language, agreed with you, family and any professionals.

  4. 4. Matched team

We introduce a small, consistent team chosen around personality and interests.

  5. 5. Settling in

Gentle handover, extra hours where needed and daily check-ins from a coordinator.

  6. 6. Review

Regular reviews so hours and goals change as independence grows.

What support can include

Every package is different. These are the areas we are most often asked to help with.

Make a referral
  • Support with your tenancy, bills and correspondence
  • Personal care at the times you choose
  • Medication prompting or administration
  • Cooking, shopping and household routines
  • Health appointments and hospital passports
  • Community access, work, college and hobbies

Supported living questions

Yes. You or your representative hold the tenancy with the landlord, and your support from Pamis Care is a separate arrangement. That means your home stays yours even if your support needs change.
