No. Many colleagues joined from retail, hospitality or family caring. We provide a full paid induction and shadow shifts before you work alone.
For supported living roles based in one location, no. For visiting homecare rounds a licence and access to a car are strongly preferred, and we pay mileage between calls.
An enhanced DBS check, right-to-work documents and two references. We cover the cost of the DBS check for successful applicants.
We usually interview within a week of applying. Start dates depend on DBS and reference turnaround, typically two to four weeks.
