About us
A local provider, accountable to the people we support
Pamis Care Limited is a Solihull-based supported living and homecare service. We are small by design: it lets us know every person we support, and every member of staff who walks through their door.
Our story
Pamis Care was founded in 2022 by care professionals who had spent years working in supported living and wanted to do it differently: consistent staff teams, realistic rotas, and support plans that reflect what people actually want from their week.
Today we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities in their own homes across the West Midlands — working closely with social workers, community nurses, housing providers and families.
Registered and regulated
Registered with the Care Quality Commission as a homecare service, and incorporated in England & Wales as Pamis Care Limited (company number 14294807).

Our people
Every support worker completes an enhanced DBS check and a structured induction aligned to the Care Certificate before working alone. Training is refreshed regularly and includes:
- Safeguarding adults
- Moving and handling
- Medication administration
- Mental Capacity Act & DoLS
- Positive behaviour support
- First aid & basic life support
- Infection prevention and control
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
