You hold your own tenancy and we build a small, consistent staff team around your routine. Hours flex as confidence grows, and reviews are booked in rather than promised.
Personal care
Personal care is delivered exactly how you prefer it recorded in your plan — same-gender staff where requested, at the times that fit your day rather than ours.
Health & wellbeing
We work from a positive behaviour support approach, with communication passports, low-arousal environments and staff matched on shared interests.
Health & wellbeing
Support focuses on early warning signs, keeping appointments and re-establishing the routines that protect wellbeing, alongside community mental health teams.

All staff complete medication training and competency checks before administering. Records are audited monthly and discrepancies are reported the same day.
Community & skills
We do things with people, not for them. Skills are broken into small steps and practised until they are genuinely yours.
Community & skills
Two-staff signatures on all financial transactions, clear receipts and monthly reconciliation keep your money safe and the process transparent.
Living support
Waking night staff stay awake and available; sleep-in staff are on hand if you need them. Either way, mornings start with a familiar handover.

We work with several funding routes and will happily explain the options before you commit to anything.
Tell us a little about the situation and we'll be honest about whether we're the right service — and what we'd recommend if we're not.
